I have been neglecting my sketchblog for quite sometime. Even though I have n;t really sketched anything substantial for many days, I feel the need to fill the void. Here are two quick sketches that I drew in my sketchbook on my last visit to James Park, London. The kids were busy playing in the sandpit and looked so adorable.Especially the young girl with a doll in her hand -- she was an angel!

Arti...looks like these could be a part of a story book.
ReplyDeleteI hear what you mean about not sketching for awhile. I need to hit the pencils, too. I did do a drawing that is ready to be painted. It is a big painting so I am waiting when I have about 5 hours when I will not be bothered. Then I am going to do that portrait paint off.
Keep sketching.

ReplyDeleteHi Arti, your sketch reminds me off all those childhood days, when I used to scroll around the seashore trying to find some good scenerios to sketch on.
ReplyDeleteWork, profession, life has changed a lot since then, so no time to spend on those favorite hobbies. Good to know that you are able to chase your dream to fruition. Love those sketches. Keep going great.
